Shipping Policy – Veluna
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 business day before shipping.
We do not ship on weekends. During this time, we review the order, perform quality checks, and prepare the packaging.
Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via DPD or GLS, with an estimated delivery time of 48h after dispatch.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery & Availability:
The courier will call you before attempting delivery.
It is essential to provide a valid phone number and be available to receive the call and the delivery.
If you pay in cash, please have the exact amount ready. Not being available may cause delays or delivery issues.
Available Payment Methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can pay in cash or by bank card directly to the courier upon delivery.
This method does not allow modifications once the order has been shipped.
You have a 15-day warranty only in case of manufacturing defects.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
Secure SSL-encrypted payment, fast and protected.
Refunds and returns are allowed within 15 days after receiving the order, provided our satisfaction policy conditions are met.
